Kendell "Nick" Nicholas Wild, 27, of St. George Utah passed to his next journey Friday, August 8th, 2008. Nick was born June 12, 1981 in Tooele, Utah to Kendell Deemer Wild and Wendy Mae McCowan Brown. He married Rebecca "Becky" Blanche McCarroll September 10th, 2005 in Santo Tomas, Mexico. Later solemnized at the Elvis Chapel in Las Vegas.
Nick Wild is survived by his beautiful wife Becky, mother Wendy (Sean), father Kendell (Natalie), brothers Nathan and Braxton Wild, Mojave and Donovan Brown, sisters Erica and Kenna Wild, Magnolia Mae Brown and his beloved dog Murphy. Nick is preceded in death by his uncle Benjamin McCowan and great grandparents Golden and Prudence Morgan.
Nick started his musical career when he was 4 years old as a violinist. His love of music grew and was a major part of his life. He played several different instruments including guitar, bass and drums. He also played in several different bands and had a great talent for song writing. Nick enjoyed jamming with his step-dad Sean and with his friends.
Nick loved being the "Big Brother" and is going to be greatly missed by his brothers and sisters. He had the greatest smile! Nick was a realist but was also honest, compassionate and nurturing. He had a great love for animals and anything that had to do with being out in nature, camping, rock climbing, boating, hanging at the beach, traveling to Mexico and dirt biking.
The family would like to give special thanks to all the great nurses, doctors and councilors at Dixie Regional Medical Center and to IHC Hospice.
Friends and family are invited to join us for a celebration of Nick's life Saturday, August 16, 2008, Virgin City Park, 100 South,Virgin, Utah at 4pm. Interment to follow at Virgin City Cemetery. Casual dress is encouraged.
In lieu of flowers please donate to Dixie Regional Medical Center (checks payable to DRMC), note the donation to IHC Hospice at 1380 East Medical Center Drive, St. George, Utah 84790.
