Kendra Ann Odekirk, 23 of Chubbuck, Idaho and part time resident of Tempe, Arizona passed away on Friday Feb 25, 2011 of injuries as a result of a ATV accident. Kendra was born in Ogden, Utah, the daughter of William Bryon Odekirk and Trudy Ann Hofer Anderson.
She attended schools in Tooele, Utah. While in Jr high school and High school she participated in Tae Kwon Do. She received many gold and silver medals and she was a 2nd don black belt. She continued her education at Utah State in Logan, Utah and then moved to Idaho with her family and attended ISU in Pocatello. Kendra worked as a sales representative for Home Shield Pest Control. She was recognized as a top seller for her company.
Kendra loved to be with her family and friends and she enjoyed mountain biking, camping, volleyball and singing in the institute choir.
She was a very active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and had a strong testimony of the gospel. She touched and inspired many people and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 5, 2011 at 11:00 AM in the Tyhee stake center at 12146 W. Tyhee Rd. in Chubbuck, Idaho. There will be a receiving of friends, Friday, March 4, 2011 from 6 to 8:00 PM and Saturday 9:30 to 10:45 in the Relief Society Room at the Tyhee stake center at 12146 W. Tyhee Rd. Chubbuck,Idaho. Interment will be in the Rest Lawn Memorial Cemetery following services.
