Kolynn Brett Hansen

Kolynn Brett Hansen, 49, passed away February 7, 2008 unexpectedly due to complications associated with myotonic dystrophy. He was the first baby born in Carbon County on January 1, 1959 to Calvin Glen Hansen and Shirley Morley Hansen Blackburn. Ferr D. Blackburn is his step- father of 20 years.
Kolynn has four brothers: Kevin (Tamara), Kim - deceased, Kelley - deceased (Lisa) and Kirk. He also has five step-brothers and sisters: Barbara, Janet (Gene) Layosa, Robert - deceased (Annette), Bryon (Diane) and Garth Blackburn. His surviving grandmother is Rose Morley, 96, Price.
Kolynn is a great example of honesty, generosity, punctuality, dependability and enduring well.
A viewing will be held at 10:30 a.m. with service following at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 12, 2008 at the Pioneer First Ward, 700 West 400 North in Provo, Utah. Graveside service and interment will be at Price City Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
