Kristen Anne George

Kristen Anne George, 26, born May 16, 1984 in Iowa City, Iowa to Gordon Petty and Leslie Decker George, passed away peacefully November 23, 2010 at the Utah Valley Regional Medical Center after a brief illness.
Kristen was a beautiful, bright girl, full of charisma. After graduating from Lone Peak High School she attended the University of Utah and worked as a health care professional at the U of U hospital in the Bone Marrow Transplant Center and the Emergency Room. She was a talented artist and loved animals especially dogs. She was a very compassionate individual who loved to care for other people.
She will be missed by all her friends and family. She is survived by her parents: Gordon Petty George, and Leslie Decker George, her siblings: David, Robert, Lisa (Parker) Smith, Stephanie, and her beloved dog Dubby.
A viewing will be held Friday Nov 26, 2010 6:00 - 8:00 PM at the Village Way LDS Chapel, 901 E Village Way, Alpine, Utah 84004. Funeral services will be held there on Saturday Nov 27, 2010 at 11:00 AM, with a viewing from 10:00- 11:00 AM prior to the funeral.
