Laurie A. Secrist

Laurie Ann Nelson Secrist, beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend died July 5, 2006 from injuries sustained in an auto accident.
She was born July 7, 1969 in Price, Utah. She attended Ben Lomond High School. Married Jay Secrist in 1992. They were blessed with four beautiful children. Laurie loved her family and was a devoted mother.
She is survived by her husband, sons Joey, Jason, Jostin, daughter Justina, mother Bonnie Nelson, brother Chris Nelson, sister Lynnette Berg and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her father Arnold Nelson and brother David Nelson.
Laurie worked for the Ogden Standard Examiner where she enjoyed her work. She also enjoyed her service with the PTA.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 am, Tuesday, July 11, 2006 at the Ogden 4th Ward 770 15th Street with a viewing Monday July 10, 2006 at the church from 6 to 8 pm and Tuesday prior to services from 9:45 to 10:45 am. Interment at the Ben Lomond Cemetery in North Ogden.
