Leah Winona Cover, passed away on Feb 14, 2009 at West Point, Utah of natural causes. She was born to Thomas H. Barker and Ruth Valetta Johnson on May 24, 1919 in Victor, Idaho. She Married Truman H. Cover on December 19, 1940 in Rexburg, Idaho. She was later sealed to him in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple.
She lived her entire life in Victor, Idaho except for the last year. She worked at the Victor Drug Store for many years, then the Driggs drug store for many years and retired from the Hardware store in Driggs. She and her husband spent many winters in Overton, Nevada away from the snow. She loved gardening, and the outdoors.
She is preceded in death by her spouse, her parents and 8 brothers and sisters; an infant brother and brother's Leland, Arlo, Doyle, Jay, Joe and sister's Edith, Bertha, Norma. She is survived by one sister Petrea (Larry) Dilley of Lewiston, Idaho. Her Children daughter, Emma Jean Wixom of Morgan Utah; son, Neil T. Cover(Harriet) of Layton, Utah; and son, Greg J. Cover(Margaret) of West Valley City Utah; and 7 grand children, 12 Great Grand Children, 1 Great Great Grand Child.
Funeral Services will be held at the Victor LDS Church at 87 East Center St, Victor, Idaho 84455, on Saturday, February 21, 2009. The viewing will be from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM. The service will start at 12:00 PM. Interment will be at the Victor Cemetery.
