Lela Jane MacKnight

Our loving wife and mother Lela Jane MacKnight passed away April 25, 2010 in West Jordan, Utah. She was 88 years old. She is survived by her loving husband, Robert James MacKnight, sister, JoAnne Ricks of Sugar City, Idaho, Milton Walters (Sandra) of West Jordan, Utah, James G. MacKnight (Donna) of Morgan Hill, California, six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was born January 4, 1922 in Rexburg, Idaho to Emery Milton and Julia Jane Wilcox Anderson. She married Adrian Walters who passed away in 1944 and later married Robert MacKnight in May of 1948. She graduated from Ricks College in 1942 as the Salutatorian. She was happy to be a homemaker, wife and mother. She also enjoyed golf, bowling and reading. She loved to spend time with her brother, sisters and grandchildren. She loved taking her grandchildren to Disneyland.
