Lenny Roe Kerby

Our beloved Lenny Roe Kerby, 34 passed away on a beautiful sunny afternoon on December 16th 2009 to begin his new journey with his loved ones that preceded him in death, his Mother Linda Snow and Grandmother Margie Kerby whom he adored.
Lenny spent most of his time caring for everyone he knew and loved. Everyone knew that if you couldn't find him in the house curled up in his favorite spot with a book in hand you would find him in the dirt planting or weeding his flowerbeds or vegetable garden.
He always wanted to lend a helping hand whenever he could and would be the first to volunteer when someone needed help. He loved to travel domestically or Internationally and would enjoy telling his adventures of the things he had seen, the things he had done and how much fun you'd have someday when he took you there.
He loved animals, especially his dogs Boo, Kuma and little Ricco. If he wasn't caring for the ones he had he was always on the lookout for the ones he wanted, the ones that needed his help or he would talk about the ones that got away.
While attending Provo High School and on his own he learned to speak small amounts of French and Spanish and enjoyed the opportunity to use them whenever he could.
During his last days with us he was well cared for by his loved ones and Hospice.
He was survived by his Partner Benjamin, Father Ted, Stepmother Lisa-Jane (LJ) Sisters Debra and Teddi Jo, Brother Ron, Nieces Bobbi and Loresh and his Niece's son Atrayu, Aunt Glenda, Mother in-law Dolores, Father in-law Gene and all of those who knew and loved him like a son, brother and friend.
A Memorial Service will be held in Lenny's honor at the LDS church located at 1535 East Creek Rd, Cottonwood Heights, Utah on Saturday, January 9th, at 11 a.m.
