Leslie Eugene Chamberlain, 93, passed away on May 9, 2007 in Payson, Utah. He was born on May 30, 1913 in New Hampshire to Eugene Loring Chamberlain and Bertha Alice Waldron.
Les served in WWII as a mechanic first class in the Navy. He worked for many years as a civil servant with the navy at Point Magoo in the aircraft tool room.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Dorothy Taylor Chamberlain, brother Arthur, sister Jone Webber, son Walter, daughter Sally, son Leslie "Skip", stepson Eddie Wallace and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a stepdaughter Vicki Wallace Whitaker.
Funeral services will be held Monday, May 14, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at the Salem 10th Ward Chapel, 695 South 300 West, Salem, Utah. A viewing will be held at the church one hour prior to the service at 10:00 a.m.
