Linda Beames Lee had a happy reunion with her father Blueford, her Mother Darlene and her daughter Lisa as her sweet soul continued on her eternal journey. Linda passed from this life on February 7, 2024. Born in Salt Lake City on October 11, 1952, Linda spent many happy youthful hours with her grandma and grandpa Beames in Virgin, Utah. Linda loved her summers in Virgin sleeping outdoors in the warm nights counting stars and teasing her brother Mike and her uncle Wade. She married Bryan Lee on June 11, 1981 and was sealed to him in the Salt Lake Temple one year later.
She was a caring big sis to her younger brother, Steve Beames and, in fact, spent her adult life caring for others. She loved the children she served as a nurse at Cottonwood Pediatrics. Linda sat for weeks nursing her father-in-law Dean Lee, her Mother Darlene and her grandmother Ardus Ith as each of them passed from this life.
She has always been our care-giver and it was difficult for her family to do for her what she has always done for us. Linda was a mother to Lisa Lee, Devin Lee (Jesseca) and Lora Lee. When her daughter Lisa passed she became mother to her grandchild, Christian Lee. Grandma Linda will be missed by her five grandchildren, Pheonix Beckstead, Alissa Beckstead, Jason Bradley, Devin Blueford Lee and Maggie Lee and one great-grandchild, Emma Lee.
A special thanks to Jordan Valley West Jordan Hospital doctors and nurses and the exceptional people at Inspiration Hospice for their compassionate care.
Friends and family are invited to attend a short graveside tribute on Wednesday, 10:00 a.m. February 14, 2024 at Memorial Estates 6500 South Redwood Road and/or a celebration of Linda’s Life, Wednesday, Noon at the Harvest Park Ward at 3671 South 4180 West.
