Lois Evelyn Chapman Rowley (DOLLY) 1919-2012
Lois Evelyn Chapman Rowley passed away peacefully on April 19th, 2012 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Lois was born on March 7th, 1919 to Earl and Thea Haugen Chapman in Tioga, North Dakota.
She was married to Walter Ilith Rowley on July 30th, 1938 in Zurich, Montana and was later sealed for Time and Eternity in Alberta, Canada Temple.
She was known as "Dolly". She worked at different hospitals and Public schools. She loved to cook and sew and make wedding cakes.
She loved the gospel of Jesus Christ.
She is survived by her children Wanda Mae(Max)Pearson, Walter Ilith Rowley and Linda Hart. She has 13 grand-children and 32 great-grandchildren, and many great great grandchildren. She is also survived by Roy, Earl Chapman, June Elges and Ora Gist.
A family viewing will be held on her honor at SereniCare Funeral Home located on 12278 Lone Peak Parkway #103, Draper, Utah, on Thursday 26th, April from 6:00-8:00pm. There will be a graveside service on Friday 27th, 2012 at 11:00am in the Orem City Cemetery 1570 N 800 East Orem, Utah.
