Marie Bartholomew Larsen

Marie Bartholomew Larsen, age 97, died December 16, 2007, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Born March 21, 1910, in Salt Lake City, Utah, the daughter of George and Charlotte Berner Bartholomew. Married Henry Victor Larsen, August 15, 1938, in the Salt Lake Temple. Served an LDS mission to the East Central States1931-32. Served a mission with her husband to Canada in 1975. She was an active genealogist and a devoted mom. Preceded in death by her husband, Henry, her oldest son, Alvin, and six brothers and sisters. Survived by a daughter, Karla, three sons, James (Sandi), Milton (Kay) and Clyde (Connie Jeanne), 26 grandchildren and 40 great-grandchildren, two brothers, Lee and Mark Bartholomew and a sister, Gertrude Smith. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Dec. 18th at 1:00 PM at the Monument Park 1st Ward, 1005 South and 20th East. Viewing one hour prior to the funeral. Interment, Sunset Lawn Cemetery.
