Mario Enoc Merino

Mario E. Merino passed away on June 9, 2012, surrounded by those who loved him.
He was taken too soon and his passing will leave a void in many of our lives. Mario loved life, church, and family, but most of all he loved his wife Kassidy and son Gabriel.
Mario was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on May 25, 1983, to Carlos and Guadalupe (Maldonado) Merino. He grew up in West Valley City and attended Granger High School. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ and served in the Yerevan, Armenia mission from 2002-2004. Three years after returning from his mission, he married his sweetheart, Kassidy Bradshaw. They were sealed in the Salt Lake Temple on August 4, 2007. Mario and Kassidy's son, Gabriel, was born on November 4, 2009, in Phoenix, Arizona.
Mario loved the outdoors and many sports, including snowboarding and boating. He especially enjoyed hiking with his dog, Bosco. Above all else he loved his time with his wife and young son, who he called "papa." Mario graduated from LDS Business College and worked as a branch manager for Wells Fargo Bank and then U.S. Bank in Arizona and Utah.
Mario is survived by his wife and son; his parents, Carlos and Lupe Merino; his two brothers, Geofrey and Juan Carlos Merino; and his two sisters, Carla Brower and Natalia Green. He also leaves behind many beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
