She is survived by her daughter; Aleena Louise Davis; Grandchildren Donovan John Davis, Connor Alphonse Davis, Fawn McNeal, Ryan C. Forgy; and a sister Margaret Wight. She is preceded in death by her husband, and a son Craig W. Forgy
A graveside service will be held Wednesday, January 25, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. at the Tonaquint Cemetery, St. George, UT. A visitation will be held prior to services from 10:00 to 10:45 at SereniCare Funeral Home, 1316 S. 400 E. # A3, St. George, UT.
