Mary Lou White

Mary Lou White, age 75, died in her LaVerkin, UT home on December 27, 2011. She was born Sept 21, 1936 to Calvin and Mary Elizabeth Hall. She grew up in Washington, UT with her sister Helen, and brothers, Lavar and Alvin. Both her parents, brothers and sister preceded her in death.
She moved to Southeast Idaho and married Marion White on March 12 1956. Together they had six children: Lorna Scott ( Larry), Roger White ( Sandy) , Brett White ( Tammy ), Wesley White, Russell White (Susan), and Bradley White (Vicki). She spent twenty-one years living in Southeast Idaho raising her beloved children before divorcing and returning to southern Utah in 1976, where she lived her remaining days. She was a generous and loving mother and the most interesting and fun loving grandma to 13 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. She achieved her lifelong dream of skydiving at the age of 70. With her kindly and trusting nature she easily made friends. Her favorite pastime in the last few years of her life was online chatting and playing internet games with family and friends. She also enjoyed yard sales, fishing, sewing and crocheting.
