Max David Cutlip Jr. passed away on Friday, June 13, 2008 in his home surrounded be his family.
He was born March 24, 1948 in Ogden, Utah, to Max David Sr. and Flora LeAnn Keyes Cutlip.
He graduated from Ogden High School.
He married Terrie Ann Cutlip on October 26th 1976 in Sunset, Utah.
He loved hunting with his grandpa, camping with his family, fishing, archery, baseball, football, and Sunday dinners, He had a love for all kinds of music and used music to express his feelings towards those he loved. He Loved his wife Terrie with all his heart, they were soul-mates from the start.
He was a dedicated member of the LDS Church.
He is survived by his wife,children; Dana, Brett, Julie Rae Cutlip, Adam David Cutlip, Cassandra Lue Cutlip (Tony Melendrez) , Jessica LeAnn Cutlip, Morgan Brittany Rachel Cutlip, his mother; LeAnn Newey, sisters; Deborah Flores (AL), Kathy. His grandchildren; Shaeley Rae Cutlip, Kaelye Rae Cutlip, Jesus Adrian Melendrez, Asial Melendrez, Julian Melendrez, Koby Melendrez, Bailey Melendrez, Ariana Morgan Kanhoye and 5 Nieces and Nephews.
Funeral services were held on Wednesday, June 18, 2008 at 1 pm and a viewing was held one hour prior to service at the Rock Church LDS Memorial Chapel at 727 North Main, Farmington.
Interment was at the Farmington City Cemetery.
