Melynda Anne Thomas, 31, of Saratoga Springs, passed away Wednesday, January 11, 2012 in Provo, Utah. Services will be held Tuesday, January 17th at 12:00 p.m. in the Loch Lomond 1st Ward, 828 South Center Street, Lehi, Utah. A viewing will be held at the Northampton House Reception Center, 198 West 300 North, American Fork, the evening prior from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and at the chapel prior to services on Tuesday from 10:00 to 11:45 a.m. Internment will be at the Ivins City Cemetery on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at 12:00 p.m.
