Michael Henry Sanchez

Michael Henry Sanchez passed away May 28, 2008 in Provo, Utah. He was born in San Bernardino, California on August 23, 1956 to Mike Martinez Sanchez and Julia Maria Calderon Sanchez. He attended Pacific High School in CA and Brigham Young University in Utah. He married Deanne Woolf on July 7, 1989. Michael was an umpire for 29 years. He also was a manager for Wendy's and other corporations. He received recognition for working at the Salt Lake City, Winter Olympics in 2002. He loved being outdoors as much as possible and enjoyed music, especially Three Dog Night and the Beatles. He always reminded his family how much he loved them and kept a positive attitude.
Michael is survived by his wife, four daughters, Kristine Ha'o (25), Melissa Sanchez (23), Julia Rae Sanchez (17), Janelle Sanchez (15), a son Andrew Sanchez (12), two grand daughters, Lili (5) and Abigail (7 months).
He has a wonderful wife who loves and cares for him. He had a wonderful life and we know he is in a better place!
Services will be held Saturday, May 31, 2008 at 11:00 AM at Suncrest 5th Ward Chapel, 130 N. 400 W. in Orem a viewing will be held at 9:30 AM at the same location. Interment held at Orem City Cemetery.
