Michelle Ann Quist

Michelle Ann Quist, age 46, passed away from cancer June 10th, at her home with her loving family around her. She was born July 27, 1961, in Eugene, Oregon, to Edgar and Ann Orth. Michelle graduated from North Eugene High School in 1979 and then earned an Associates Degree in Accounting from Ricks College where she met James L. Quist. On August 14, 1981, they were married in the LDS Idaho Falls Temple. Michelle enjoyed working at the Popcorn Cottage along with two of her daughters. She loved to laugh and have fun with her family and friends. She was an avid reader and enjoyed crocheting, needlepoint and scrap booking. She had a great sense of humor and was positive to the end. She is survived by her loving family: husband, James Quist; daughters, Ann Marie Quist, Salt Lake City, UT, Annicka, Britta, and Selina Quist, Clearfield, UT; son, Mason Quist, Clearfield, UT; sister, Karen McAdams, Eugene, OR; brother, Gary Orth, San Francisco, CA; parents, Junction City, OR. A viewing will be held from 11:00am-12:45pm with the funeral services to follow at 1:00pm in the West Point 8th Ward Chapel, 2865 West 800 North. Interment at West Point City Cemetery. The family would like to express thanks to the many individuals who have provided support the last two weeks of her life. Also many thanks to Utah Hospice Specialists who helped care for Michelle and provide support to the family. In lieu of flowers please send donations to the Susan G.
