Monica Alysia Allen

Monica Alysia Allen, died in West Valley on July 6, 2016. She was born on August 17, 1990 to David Allen and Eva Cummins.

Monica was a beautiful mommy, daughter, sister, cousin, and friend to all. She never took life for granted. She lived life to the fullest and was always adventurous and courageous. She took pride in being a Mommy and showed her kids how much she loved them all the time. She was not shy to still kiss and receive kisses from her Mommy; loved to be silly; and fun even in her pain.

She overcame a lot of health problems as well as other things, and she was a very strong woman. A fighter for sure and a feisty one at that.

She loved to sing and had a voice of an angel. Now she is singing in Heaven with all the other Angels.

A talented entertainer, she loved to climb, color, crochet, latch hook, and most of all, spend time with her kids.

Surviving Monica are her children: Constantine, Chazz, Jesse, and Amberleana; the father of her children, Kevin Wood; mother, Eva Cummins; brothers: Martin Allen and Carlos Carballo; and sisters: Julia (Jordan) Allen Swank, Destiny Allen, Madeline Harry, and Dominique Harry.

A time for viewing and sharing memories will be held on Wednesday, July 13, 2016 from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Serenicare Funeral Home, 2281 S West Temple. A Mass of Christian Burial Service will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, July 14, 2016 at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 3560 West 3650 South, West Valley, Utah.
