Nancy Lee Castellano 1941 to 2008 Nancy Lee Castellano, 67 of Salt Lake City, Utah died Saturday, July 26, 2008 peacefully at her home with her family by her side. Nancy was born February 5, 1941 in Salt Lake City, the daughter of Robert Earl Dukes and Edna Elva Fetters Dukes. She attended schools in Murray including Murray High School. She worked for St. Marks Hospital in Environmental Services as a house keeper. Nancy liked to sew and embroider, bake and cook, feeding the ducks that would stop by her back door for a piece of bread. She loved to play cards and visiting with her friends. Her greatest love was spending time with her grandkids. She is survived by her children; Carol (Ricky) Bundy of West Valley City, Danny (George) Tait of Rose Park, Terrie (Duane) Richter of Boise, Idaho and Sherrie (Rick) Fenn of West Valley City. Two sisters; Sally Frantz of Salt Lake City and Peggy Black of Rigby, Idaho and a brother, James Cook of Salt Lake City, Utah. Eight grandchildren; Jami, Joshua, Derek, Devini, Alec, Tate, Jace and Hailey. Three great grandchildren; Jordan, Karizma and Alexis. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother John Robert Dukes. Mom, we will love and miss you. Her attitude gave her the courage and strength to fight a long battle with breast cancer. The family wishes to express a special thanks to Jennifer Shaw with CNS/ Hospice. A celebration of her life will be held at the Brookshire Ward (3487 South 1300 East) on Friday, August 1, 2008 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation in Nancy Castellano's name.
