Noel Stanford Price

Noel Stanford Price was born to Stanford Oliver and Iva Balmforth Price on December 13, 1947 in Los Angeles, California. He passed away September 25, 2012 at home in West Valley City, Utah, after a long and difficult illness.

Noel graduated from Mayfair High School in 1965. He married Kathy Watkins, later divorced. Noel and Kathy have one daughter, April. He and his wife June Hidlebaugh have been together for 27 years.

Noel worked construction for many years and for GE on jet engines in Pomona, California. Before his illness he worked for Quest as a salesman. Noel loved the outdoors and was an avid fisherman. He operated a charter fishing boat on Lake Powell for a time. He always knew how to find the fish and how to catch them, whether fishing in a stream, river, lake or bucket!

Noel is survived by his wife June, daughter April (Todd) Adamson, stepsons Destery (Peggy) Hidlebaugh, and Reggie Mitchell, his father, Stanford, sisters, Barbara (Ole) Jensen, Jacquelyn (John) Guy, Marjorie (Brent) Zollinger and Shannon Price and brother, Dan (Sue) Price. Noel is proceeded in death by his mother, Iva, and his faithful dogs K.C. and Sage.

Memorial Services will be at the SereniCare Funeral Home, 12278 S. Lone Peak Parkway #103, Draper, Utah, on Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at 4:00 p.m.
