Norman Dean Banks

Norman Dean Banks, died may 31, 2008 at his home in Ogden, Utah surrounded by his loving family.
Norman was born on October 19, 1933 in Stonington, Colorado to Hoyt Olen and Mary Louise Baughman Banks.
He married Patricia Jean Pelletier on October 27, 1956 in Pacifica, California. They were together for over 52 years.
After serving in the Navy, he was employed as a truck driver. He had over a million miles of driving during his 45 years and had earned Driver Safety awards.
He was a great family man and loved his family. He also loved camping, water skiing and being out in his boat with his family. He loved to spend time at beach and the ocean.
He is survived by his wife, children; Cindy (Joseph) Clarey, Jerold (Lynda) Banks, Wendy (Dale) Newsom, and terry Philbin, 9 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren,3 sisters, and his nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held for family and friends at his home in Ogden, Utah on June 21, 2008 from 2 pm. to 5 pm. Contact with the family can be made by calling (801) 643-9217.
