Norman Leslie Turville

Norman L. Turville, 79, was born September 4, 1928 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He passed away Saturday, January 12, 2008.
Norm served in the Navy for 17 years, in which he took much pride in. He then met and married his best friend of 34 years, Jane. He had a great passion for building model ships and for the Dallas Cowboys football team. We could find him many Sunday and Mondays yelling and cheering at the television.
He is survived by his wife Jane Allen Turville, his sister Gwen Hobbs, 5 children, Judy Turville Thompson (Corey), Kevin Heath (Tammy), Kenny Heath (Debi), Jolene Turville Kramer, and Rick Garfield. also 10 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren. Norm i s proceeded in death by his parents Reginald Claude Turville and Elva Monson Turville, 1 daughter Sherry McGowan, 2 Brothers, and 1 sister.
Our Hero and Friend will be laid to rest Friday, September 18, 2008 at 10:00 am in Bluffdale,Utah, at the Utah Veterans Memorial Park.
There will be a open house for family and friends following the services at 3107 South. Crestview Cr. Bountiful, Utah.
The family would like to say a special thank you to Inspiration Hospice, Norms companion Adam Nelson, and his aides Andy and Crystal and to Wallace Plum a.k.a. Porky for being such a great friend for many years.
We love you Husband, Pa, and G-pa and will miss you greatly!
