Our precious Olivia Isabella Mendoza was born into heaven at 37 weeks on December 31st, 2014 at 11:53pm. Olivia was a beautiful, perfect baby who will always live on in our hearts and watch over us from the heavens above. Olivia is deeply loved by her Mommy and Daddy, Jodie and Jason Mendoza, and big sister, Mya Jade, her grandparents, her great-grandparents, her aunts and uncles, her cousins and so many others. We would like to invite our family and friends to join us for a memorial service in Olivia's honor. The memorial will be held on Saturday, January 31st, 2015 at 1:00pm at the home of Olivia's Grandparents, Lillian and Frankie Aguon, located at 2981 East Tiffany Way, Gilbert, Arizona 85298."
