Regina Faye Enright, 62, passed away on Monday, September 28, 2009 in Murray, Utah. She was born on July 28, 1947, in Lakewood, California to Marion and Arleigh Hauck. Regina attended high school at St. Anthony and graduated from California State University, Long Beach, with a Bachelor of Arts; she majored in English. Regina worked as a school teacher, an office manager at an AT&T retail store and, most recently, in credit card collections for CompuCredit. She was a woman who rose to management when the glass ceiling was firmly in place; she received numerous awards at every job she had held in the last 25 years; she was recognized as a leader by her co-workers; anda"somehowa"she also managed to raise two sons by herself. Regina read over 100 books every year, favoring mysteries. She loved rock and roll (especially Elvis), crafts, traveling, Lost, spending time with family and friends, and our cats. She is survived by her sons, Terry and Matt Enright; sister, Ellen Edholm; brother, John Hauck; eight nieces and one nephew; and Henny, our family cat. Our mother taught us generosity, kindness, sacrifice and family. She also taught us that these things were their own reward. She was taken from us too soon, but we are comforted in knowing she was well-loved and had lead a rich life. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 3, 2009 at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 9757 S. 1700 E., Sandy, UT 84092 prior to burial service at Sandy City Cemetery, 9000 South and 700 East, Sandy, UT 84070.
