Richard Wayne Hollingsworth

Richard "Dick" Hollingsworth, 68, of Eureka, Montana born September 24, 1942 in Havre, Montana passed away Christmas Eve 2010 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
After graduating from Havre High School, he proudly served 20 years in the United States Air Force. While serving in the Air Force he was fortunate to travel the world which he greatly enjoyed with camera in tow.
Upon his retirement, he returned to Havre, Montana and worked for the Postal Service for 20 more years. He was an avid fisherman and outdoor enthusiast. His dogs were his constant companions that he loved as children. They will be enjoying his rest with him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Myrlen Lafone Hollingsworth and Rosella Frances Hollingsworth, nee Staudenmeyer, and his sister Marilyn Pizzini.

He is survived and will be dearly missed by his life-long friend and former wife Barbara Ann DeLange; four daughers, Debbie (Jim) Kochel of Missoula, Montana, Lisa (Wayne) Tyler of Layton, Utah, Jane (Jim) Rodriguez of Rexford, Montana, and Jolene (Dan) Novak of Renton, Washington. Grandchildren, Courtney, Logan, and Dylan Tyler, Hannah and Sophie Kochel, Kasey and Tyler Rodriguez, Patrick, Genevieve, and Ellie Novak; one brother and two sisters Dave (Betty) Hollingsworth of Great Falls, Barbara Hollingsworth of New Hampshire and Janet (Norman) Costin of Billings, Montana.

Father Yurkovic will be the celebrant. The prayer vigil will be Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at St. Jude's Catholic Church at 7:00 p.m. in Havre, Montana. The funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, December 30, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Jude's. Refreshments will follow. Interment in Highland Cemetery.
