Richard William Meadows

Richard William Meadows passed away on August 7, 2010. He is the son of Russell W. and Arlene Evans Meadows and was born in Durango, Colorado on December 18, 1950. He married Aleta S. Green Meadows in the Oakland LDS Temple on August 9, 1974. Richard was in the United States Navy from 1970 through 1990. He then worked for Rocky Mountain Helicopters for the next 12 years as an Aviation Electrician. Richard's hobby was wood-working. He leaves behind three children: Russell Wayne Meadows, Dodi LeAnn Meadows and Debi Lynn West. Other survivors include David West (son-in-law), Mathias West (grandson), Baurak West (grandson), Madelyin West (grand-daughter), as well Heather Jessop, Lance Jessop, Isaac Jessop, Laura Jessop and Julia Jessop. Funeral services are Friday, August 13, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. They will be held at the Redmesa (Colorado) Cemetery. The family would like to thank Alpine Hospice, Huntsman Cancer Center, the University of Utah and Federal Heights Care as well as Hearts for Health.
