Ruth Ann Eastman Chambers

Ruth Ann Eastman Chambers, beloved mother, sister, and friend, returned home to her Heavenly Father on Wednesday November 9, 2011. She was born in Lark, Utah on February 20, 1937 to Edith White and George Homer Eastman.
She married Hillery Willam Moore on December 1, 1957, later divorced. She then marrried Floyd David Chambers on February 5, 1983.
Ruth liked to sing, draw, color, embroider, read, and help her dad work on the car. She was a member of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers and sang in their Central Company Chorus. She worked as a dispatcher for a local taxi cab company in the North Salt Lake/ Bountiful area. She also worked for the Homemakers Housecleaning Association, where she met the owner of Paris All/ Barbizon Modeling. They became great friends and she began modeling with them and became a teacher to the younger models.
In her latter years,she enjoyed her many church callings, and attending church activities, especially attending the Temple.
She is surived by her daughters: Carol Ann M. Ellis (Max), Elizabeth Herring Wilcock (Dayne), and Saundra Beyer. Grandchildren: Lorne Parry(Holly), Maria Allred(Greg), Evan Herring, JoAnna Herring, Samantha Pfferkorn(Martin) Matthew Herring and Kristal Beyer. Great-granchildren: Rosalind, Olivia, Mason, David and Trevin Parry, Shampra, Gregory, Jackqulynn and Jeremiah Allred and Patrick Herring. Also survived by her brother Ray Gene Eastman (Gwenda), and nephew: Jason Eastman, and nieces: Jamie Faneus(Ralph), Heather Eastman, and Sarah. Preceded in death by her ex-husband, husband, brother Howard, and both parents.
Services will be held on Tuesday, November 15, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the Midvale 1st Ward Chapel located at 308 West 6th Avenue (7500 South) Midvale, Utah with a viewing from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. prior to the service. Internment: Midvale City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for for monetary donations.
