Samantha Caprai Wilmoth

Samantha Caprai Wilmoth passed away peacefully at home on March 23, 2012 in West Jordan, Utah. She was born February 1, 1930 to Oscar Barnette, Jr. and LaDonna Eleanora Wartenbe in Grandin, Missouri. She was raised by Ray and Goldie Landis.
Sam married Robert Caprai, deceased 1976 and then Jon D. Wilmoth, deaceased 2011. She had three children, Rod Caprai (Fran), Paulette Caprai-Findlay (John), John Caprai, and two stepchildren, Katherine MacCallaster and Dave Wilmoth (Katie).
Sam was a registered nurse, she received her degree in 1968 and enjoyed nursing for over 40 years. She also enjoyed painting, gardening and baking bread.
She is survived by her children and stepchildren, her grandchildren Chad Caprai (Charmaine), Tony Caprai, Nikki Grames (Chris), Kelsey Findlay, Kyle Caprai and Alex Caprai, step-grandchildren, Nicholas, Gabriel, Danielle, Alex MacCallister and Alexander Wilmoth. She is also survived by great-grandchildren Dominic and Danica Caprai.
The family wishes to give special thanks to the caring staff at Curo Hospice and Grayden Harker, MD for 12 years of excellent care.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, March 30, 2012 at the Dry Creek Cemetery in Boise, Idaho at 2:00 p.m. For more information see www.serenicare.com.
