Sidney Ronald Harman

"Sid" passed away peacefully August 11, 2011 at the age of 78 after a brief battle with cancer. Born May 30, 1933 to Ann Lyth and Sidney Benjamin Harman. Sid leaves behind two children Cathy Straup (Trevor), and Paul Harman (Christine), three grandchildren; Carley and Cody Straup and Maddison Harman. Sid was married to the love of his life, Mary Smith for 7 wonderful years. Sid was also survived by a sister, Jean Nuttall. Sid was an active member of the LDS church and had a passion for genealogy. Sid lived life to the fullest and brought joy to everyone he met. Sid and Mary were serving a mission at the Family History Center and they also worked in the Draper Temple Baptistry. The funeral will be Monday August 15th at 11:00 am at the LDS chapel at 13366 S. and 1300 East, in Draper. A viewing will be held from 9:30 to 10:45.
