Simon Arthur Chapman

Infant Simon Arthur Chapman passed peacefully from this Earth on April 26, 2014. Simon is the son of Maria Paloma Nesheim and Marcus Samuel Chapman. He is survived by his two sisters, Annagabriella Maria Chapman and Ingrid Paloma Nesheim. Simon was taken too early from his family. He will be loved and remembered every day and will forever to a part of his family. A graveside service will be held at Tempe Double Butte Cemetery on May 2, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. Simon's family wishes to thank the wonderful nurse to helped bring Simon into the world and Dr. Carrie Shallock for all she has done for the family.
