Sione Afu

Sione Afu passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family and loved ones. He was diagnosed with liver cancer.
He slipped away quietly in to the hands of our Father in Heaven on February 29, 2012. Afu was born March 15, 1965 to Simote and Valingi Na'a in Ha'apai, Tonga. He is the fifth oldest of 5 brothers and 6 sisters. Afu has joined his loving parents and his grandson Angelo Skyy.
Sione Afu is survived by his wife, Dianne Campbell Afu and His eight children: Latu Patetefa (Livi), Filimone(Salote), Larry(Leka), Siaki, Josh, Kina, Rodney, Sierra and 5 grand children: Prince, Meleana, Dalin, Livi Jr., and Skyylin Tiara.
He is also survived by his brothers and sisters. Vainiaku ('Emalini), Kaliopasi Vaitai (Talilotu), Vika (Faka'osilea)Kaufusi, Filimone (Atlee), Latu (Pita) Fonua, Tuimotuliki (Na'ati), Siaki ('Anita), Mapa (Homelo)Vaitaki, Siosefina (Heneli) Lealiki, Li'ekina (Chris) Iotamo, Maheikau (Siosifa) Lavulavu. Afu leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter, a tail of unbreakable memories and a true example of a devoted and committed family man. Special thanks to Afu's Nurses: Wendy and Suzy.
The Viewing will be held on Friday from 6-8pm and Saturday at 11:00am at the LDS chapel on 400 N 400 E Orem, UT. The Burial Services will be held on Saturday at 11:00am at the Orem City Cemetery.
