Teresa Marie Bernardo Bosen

On February 4, 2009, Teresa Marie Bernardo Bosen was called from our presence to start her new journey. She fought a valiant battle with Breast Cancer for 6 years and won but sadly lost the battle to lung cancer that she so graciously fought for 2 years.
Teresa was born January 29,1936 in Magna, Utah in a small home. She was born to her loving parents John C. Bernardo and Jenny Narome Bernardo. She married Don Leo Bosen in Elko, Nevada, on June 22, 1967. She graduated from Cyprus High School where she made many lifetime friends. She held many jobs such as: Dykes Pharmacy as a cook, Hercules for Marriott as a chef, Kennecott Smelter for 5 years, Delton Bowling Alley cafe as a cook, and at The Copper Golf Course where she was known for her famous soups and chocolate chip cookies.
Her greatest achievement was her family. She is survived by the love of her life, her husband Don Leo Bosen; Brother Jack (Shirley) Bernardo and family; Sister Elaine McNeil; Son: Sheldon Larsen and family and (late wife Marie); Son: Russell Larsen; Daughter: Kathryn Helbach and family; and Son: Scott Larsen and family.
She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, a special niece Sherelene (Jerry) Harrison, grandchildren and great grandchildren whom she adored and loved with all of her heart. Not only will the family miss her terribly but many friends will also mourn her passing.
As per her wishes, she wanted to be cremated. There will be a "Celebration of her Life" Saturday February 7, 2009 at the home she and Don shared for so many years. Address: 3219 South 8820 West Magna, Utah. The Celebration will be from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and also as per her request "Wear Casual Clothes".
In lieu of flowers donations can be made at any Zions Bank to the "Teresa Bosen Memorial Fund". Fly with the angels...Oh how we will miss you...until we meet again.
