Teri Lortsher Dixon Beloved Mom
Teri passed away peacefully at her home on December 27, 2007 at the age of 52 after a short battle with cancer. Her loving family and three pugs were by her side.
Teri was born January 9, 1955 to Richard Budd and Sandra Jensen Askee. She married Joe Dixon and together they had one son Brandon. Teri and Joe later divorced.
Teri always looked forward to boating with her family on weekends, where she had more fun getting a great tan than water skiing. She loved to collect antiques and always had room in her home for more. She had a special place in her life for animals; her pugs Rizzo, Odie and Turbo will miss her love, late night cuddles and endless bowls of food. Teri's kind heart and willingness to do any thing for family and friends will always be remembered. Teri lived life to the fullest through all her struggles with courage.
Teri is survived by her son Brandon and fiancé©e Linda; granddaughters; parents, Budd and Sandra; sister, Lori; nephew, Cody; several uncles, aunts and cousins. Teri was preceded in death by her grandparents Claire and Olive Jensen and jack and Leora Lortsher.
Memorial services will be held at the Midvale 10th ward building, 8825 South 150 West on Wednesday, January 2, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. and friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the services. Inurnment will follow the services at Elysian Burial Gardens, 1075 East 4580 South in Murray.
