Thomas Omura

Thomas Omura, 63, passed away Tuesday, December 30, 2008 at his home with his wife of 38 years by his side.
He was born June 6, 1945 in Elko Nevada to Fred and Yoshiko Omura. He was educated in Clearfield, Utah. He married Nancy Sophia Kielbasa on June 27, 1970 in Clearfield. He recently retired from HAFB where he was an Electronic Integrated Systems Mechanic for 41 years.
Tom was a wonderful Husband, Father and grandfather and we will miss him deeply. In his younger years he loved camping, fishing & hunting. He loved to travel and was fortunate to travel to many different places throughout his life. He also enjoyed his frequent trips to Las Vegas with family & friends. He loved animals and especially loved and missed his dogs. Tom has a sense of humor that everyone who knew him enjoyed and will miss.
Tom is survived by his wife, Nancy; daughter ReBecca Erdmann (Corey), Farr West; grandchildren, Austin Higgs, Baily Erdmann, Angelina Higgs, Robert Higgs; one brother, Bob Omura; nephews, Mike Endo, Steve Endo, Fred Omura; niece, Julie Endo.
He was preceded in death by his parents Fred & Yoshiko Omura, brother, Fred Omura, sister, Fumiko Bradley.
It was Tom's wish to be cremated, his ashes will be scattered in the same location as his parents in the mountains over Francis Peak.
Grandpa we will always love you and will miss you.
