Thomas W O'Neil

Thomas W. O’Neil, affectionally know to all who called him friend as “Chick” passed in the same home in which he helped raise his loving children, on July 17^th, 2023.  Married to Ilean Mila Solomon on February 17^th 1962.  He is survived by his children Michaelyn Ellingson, Gayanne O’Neil, Patricia Marie O’Neil, Thomas Patrick O’Neil, eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Although born December 7^th, 1934, in Browns Hole Ranch, San Juan County, Utah.  His birth was recorded the following spring, his birthplace was listed as La Sal, Utah. In keeping with his sense of humor he did not realize his given birth name was that of William Thomas O’Neil until his late seventies while getting his Colorado Driver’s License which brought him a great deal of amusement and a belly full of laughs. He attributes Hap Martin as his father and teacher. Whom much like himself never met a stranger a day in his life, but rather only a friend he had yet to meet.
