Tyson Chase Leavitt

Our beloved husband, son and brother, Tyson Chase Leavitt, 31, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family, after a courageous battle with cancer. Chase was born June 26, 1982 in Cardston, Alberta, Canada to Kelly Lewis and Melanie June Webster Leavitt. He married his sweetheart, Alicia Jo, on June 29, 2013. Chase is survived by his wife and parents. A graduate of Red Mountain High School in Mesa, Arizona, Chase had many friends and was always fun-loving. He participated in cross-country, was a Life Scout in the Boy Scouts of America, and graduated from the Red Mountain LDS Seminary program. His favorite hobbies included snowboarding, music and especially game nights with his friends and family. He made many friends at Infusionsoft where he was employed as a technical support representative and previously honored as Employee of the Month. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 24, 2013 at the LDS Church located at 2740 South Lindsay Road in Gilbert, Arizona. The family wishes to thank Infusionsoft and SereniCare Funeral Home for their care and concern for Chase and his family.
