Vada Elizabeth Humble Hay

Vada Humble was born August 11th, 1960, in Gallipolis, Ohio as the daughter of Marie and Ralph Humble. Vada Humble Hay passed away on her 64th birthday, August 11, 2024, at Ogden Regional Hospital as the mother of Erica, Daniel, and Josh Hay. 

She was battling several medical conditions that affected her heart. She is survived by her children Erica and Josh Hay, her brothers Jeff & Tom Humble and her niece Jessika Thompson. She has been reunited with her son Daniel Scott Hay, her mother Marie Looney Humble Sells, her father Ralph Wilmer Humble, and her brother Keith Michael Humble.

Vada Hay loved to share treats with her friends and family. When she worked as an employee of Lofthouse cookies she brough cookies home to her children. She enjoyed watching her favorite TV shows, Chicago Fire/Med/PD, Gilmore Girls, different talk shows, and going with her son Josh Hay on weekly shopping trips.

Even in death she will continue to be loved and remembered by many people. On August 27th, 2024, there will be a graveside service at Ben Lomond Cemetery at 11am for family and friends. Vada Elizabeth Humble Hay will be laid to rest with her son Daniel Scott Hay.
