VerNon LaMar Frazier

Spanish Fork - VerNon LaMar Frazier On October 10, 2007, our loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend passed away after a long struggle with Alzheimer's Disease. VerNon was born February 7, 1936 to Grace and LaMar Frazier in Oakley, Utah.
VerNon married his grade school sweetheart, Monta Lou Walker, September 15, 1955, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He attended Brigham Young University and graduated in 1958 with a BS degree in animal science. He enjoyed his work as a dairyman and was involved in a variety of businesses. Planning and completing a project was his favorite pastime. VerNon loved his eight children and his numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was a loyal friend and a wonderful example in the way he lived his life, conducted his business and served his Father in Heaven. His testimony of the gospel of Jesus Christ was unwavering and he served willingly.
He is survived by a brother, Kent (Kenna) Frazier, sisters Sharee (Larry) Pace, Brenda (Austin) Atkinson, his children Michael, Kevin, Perry, Nanette, Lowell, Bennett, Lea and Lauren.
Funeral services will be held Monday, October 15, 2007, at 10:00 AM at the Palmyra Stake Center, 900 N. 500 E. Spanish Fork, UT. A viewing will be held at the same location from 6:00 - 8:00 PM on Sunday, October 14, 2007, and one hour prior to services.
