Walfred E Hensala, died Feb. 2, 2008 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Born May 24, 1920 in Rock Springs, Wyoming to Charles A. and Linda M. Bergren Hensala.
Married Roberta Jean on Oct. 24, 1942 in Rock Springs, Wyo.
He served his country in the Army during WWII in the Pacific Theatre. He earned a Bachelors Degree from the University of Utah in Civil Engineering. He worked for El Paso Gas as a Civil Engineer.
He was a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the University of Utah Alumni Assoc.
He enjoyed playing sports and painting. He loved his family and friends.
Walfred is preceeded in death by his parents, wife, and brothers; Oliver, Allan and Archibald.
He is survived by his nephews; Doug, Charles and Gregory Hensala, Sayieti Taueli, Mele Lotolua Taueli and numerous friends and children he touched.
A private gathering will be held on Wedsnesday with interment to follow at Mt. Olivet Cemtetery.
