Wanda Deloris Scribner

Our Beloved Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Sister, Aunt & Friend, Wanda Deloris Scribner went home to our heavenly father on May 23, 2009. She was born October 29th, 1934 in Pitcher, Oklahoma to Lowell Edward Thomas and Lucille Westcott Thomas; she is 3 of 10 children. She married Donald Ray Scribner in Wheeler, Texas on November 4, 1950. Wanda is survived by her children Susan, Kenneth (Barbara), Sharon (Jim), Kevin (Theresa); 12 Grandchildren, 17 Great Grandchildren, 3 Sisters and 6 Brothers. She is preceded in death by her Husband Donald, Son Glen and Mother Lucille. She was always there to offer love and support and cherished spending time with her family most. Wanda and Donald opened their home to many family and friends. She enjoyed playing cards, listening to music, trivia, bowling, and playing board games with family. Wanda is dearly missed by all who loved her. A Viewing will be held Thursday, May 28, 2009 from 10 to 10:45 AM with a Funeral service following at 11:00 AM in the Abundant Life Church, (410 N. Main Street, North Salt Lake City, Utah). Burial will follow at a later date in the Utah Veterans Memorial Park Cemetery next to her husband.
